What does it include?

At a large port, how can an executive get real time associations between container flow volumes, tanker fuel stockpiles and employee satisfaction levels.  Lower employee morale and productivity could relate to understaffing for larger volumes or frustration with last minute fuel reloads.  Keeping a port moving requires clear and simple Performance Dashboards that cross data sets.  But, before such automation is possible, the underlying architecture of the organization needs to be molded to allow for inter-system data flow.

What have we done?

TrueCourse Solutions led the effort at a major U.S. port to validate that just such an architecture existed, the data was accurate and the dashboards were implemented.  We worked closely with the business units to ensure what IT created fit their highly fluid needs.
