What is it?

TrueCourse understands the challenges unique to modern financial institutions and has the expertise to plan, build, and manage IT environments that provide clients with the highest level of information security and privacy.

What have we done?

TrueCourse developed complex integration and data migration plans between over 135 departments to support the State of California’s next generation budgeting, accounting, procurement and cash management system.  We provided consulting services for  project portfolio, governance, software quality assurance  and organizational structuring for  a California tax management department.  We also provided IT Management auditing services for a central California financial agency.  Each of these efforts required particular focus on checks and balances – a core component of any financial institution’s risk-aware culture.
